down:rows of nodes,click of the mouse create two new nodes,one in the position of the mouse and one in the midpoint of the distance between the mouse position and the closest node to that
up left: random nodes,select of random position,finding the closest point,adding node in the midpoint of the distance between them,setting new diameter of the nodes
up right: random nodes,click of the mouse,finding the node with the same diameter,drawing a line
down: random nodes = citizens
select of node by clicking the mouse,a node with the same radius is the partner node, first node and parter node move to the meeting point (in the middle of the distance between the two of them)
